We all have read periodic tables in our chem classes. The element at number 13 is one which we all know from our daily uses: Al.
Now do we call it Aluminum or Aluminium?
Note: Despite we using aluminum in our kitchens, Al is widely used in vaccine production too (as an adjuvant).

Interesting fact. Just looked up why it is used in vaccines. It apparently creates a “depot effect” which means the antigen is released slowly from the site of injection. Also, it acts as an irritant so that our immune system gets activated which improves antigen presentation to the T cells resulting in increased antigen uptake.
