Format: MCQ-based exam with scenario-based questions

Time : Conducted in 2 days

Mode: In-person (at Pearson VUE test centres in India)

Pattern : Total 280 questions.
The passing score is determined by borderline regression and cluster-based performance.

Timeframe: 5 months

Frequency: Conducted twice a year (around March and September)

Attempts: No limit on number of attempts

Day 1: Practical (on manikin)

Day 2: OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination – includes patient communication)

Mode: In-person (Melbourne, Australia)

Timeframe: 4 to 7 months

Validity: No expiry

Frequency: Conducted three times a year

Attempts: Unlimited within 3 years from passing the written exam
