Well explained @Jigunu How much ever we ask some patients donât completely reveal their medical history thinking they are irrelevant for dental treatment. Every time we may not be cautious enough to identify such cases either because of busy day or some other critical case and may brush off trivial signs. You have just highlighted how pre procedural work is as critical as doing good treatment.
