As a dental specialist my primary objective has always been understanding people’s needs and delivering outcomes based on solid scientific principles, while maintaining patient comfort and providing a comfortable , stress-free experience.
My experience working as a Prosthodontist and at my current position in the government sector has taught me to empathize and advocate for my patients, especially those at the either end of the age spectrum. It has taught me how to be an effective communicator, breaking down information to facilitate patient and stake holder education.
My current role has taught me how to collaborate with multiple stake holders in order to implement various Government programs at the grass roots level. It has enhanced my skills in planning and organization for achieving favorable project outcomes.
I am also enthusiastic about staying updated regarding recent advances in dentistry and healthcare overall. Whether it be through policy implementation, clinical skill enhancement or mentoring younger professionals , I believe in improving the quality of life that people enjoy.
