Avoid using mouthwash daily, especially if it contains alcohol.

👉It can cause more harm than good, by killing both good and bad bacteria.

📌This is harmful because good bacteria produce nitric oxide, which protects your heart and blood vessels.

Thanks for making us aware about this topic. Because of the alcohol content good bacteria is getting killed in our body. we should be aware of this.

According to mouthwash which contains alcohol can be limited use . It can dry the mouth and cause irritation over using mouthwash can disturb natural balance of bacteria

Yes it does disrupt the balance of good bacteria in the mouth. Even if you’re using be careful to not use too much. Avoid using it everyday.
