Yes, every step taken in my life had a failure that taught me a valuable lesson to think deeper, analyze longer and take a step forward rather than letting impulses and laziness take over.
True , everyone has to face something like that once in their lifetime
Everyone has their own story .The people who achieved great success in life have faced many failures . It is only possible after overcoming those failure if we keep on thinking of failure we cant change the failure so its good to learn from it . Failures are part of life we have to learn from them and grow .
I’ve failed again and again at being my best by not committing to the promises I make to myself. I’m only now beginning to overcome it by being kinder to myself and not taking myself so seriously all the time.
This entire concept is based on “cognitive dissolution” - where we let go of the thoughts and beliefs that are not working, rather which are harming our life. And the other concept is known as “cognitive restructuring or reframing”, where we see our thoughts in a completely different way as compared to the automated way of thinking. As this gives us a space, to tackle a thought in a different perception and this time to take a conscious decision in a different manner. Fears are bound to come, but we should still keep going moving past these fears as they have no real existence, it’s just a play of mind.
Absolutely correct!!
Failure is the stepping stone to success. Failure gives us strength to do the task with more determination and motive to complete the task.
Yes i have failed many times in my life but the most important things i have learned so much from my rejection in my carrier and also in my personal life.
I think we should embrace failure as learning experience ![]()
Just let yourself cry for some time
Let it heal the pain of failure
Then only u can get back at it stronger.
Just truth. 100 percent authentic
This is such a powerful and practical guide🌟 I especially loved the idea of------ " “reframing failure as feedback”
it really shifts your mindset from fear to growth.

When you analyze and overcome your fear of failure, you will discover a new version of yourself.

I truly comprehend the dread of failing; it comes every time I step outside of my comfort zone. Yet honestly, going back, I recognise my biggest growth always occurred following such tough times.
Fear is like my shadow.
Im afraid to do even a small thing.
It only lead to failures.
What am i afraid of?
Or is it my i security that makes me afraid?
Failure doens’t define us. Failures are the stepping stones of success. Failure isn’t a full stop for any thing.
Yes, fear has held me back many times especially when trying something new or stepping out of my comfort zone. One moment that stands out was when I hesitated to speak publicly at a seminar, thinking I’d mess up or sound foolish.
Interesting…no one talks about this so easily…
Sometimes we even dont knoe its our own fear or its inbuilt fear by someone at some point since childhood or some had asked us and we thought should we go through this pr not…
But facing the reality and moving out is itself an achievement
Fear of Failure is something that prevents us from achieving full potential
Such a relatable post! Fear of failure is something I’ve faced too, and many times I held myself back just because I was scared of what others might think. But slowly I’m learning that even if things go wrong, we still gain something—experience, strength, and clarity. Surrounding myself with positive people and reminding myself that it’s okay to fall has helped a lot. Loved the reminder that failure is not the end—it’s just part of the journey.
This is a well-written post. Facing failures and overcoming the fear of it is a part of learning and growth. Life doesn’t always comes with success, failures are also a part of it. But, it is the lessons that we learn through these failures that helps us to become a better version of ourselves.
