Smart pills are a category of tiny ingestible medical devices that has taken diagnostic methods to the next level. - Pillcam is a swallowable camera capsule that takes pictures of your digestive tract to diagnose GI bleeding, Chron’s disease and tumors as it moves through. This currently used in major tertiary hospitals in India. - Cor Temp Body temperature sensor is used in critical care, military and sports medicine as it can track temperature from the inside. This has very limited use in India. This is really impressive technology @Prisha! Swallowing a tiny camera to check inside the body sounds futuristic but **also very useful especially to catch issues without invasive procedures.** It’s amazing how far medical tech has come. I think if it’s safe and reliable, I would definitely trust it to help monitor health.
