These different color codes on medicine strips are definitely a powerful avenue towards the safe utilization of various categories of medicines by common mass. This can help in creating a mental alertness (as a human mind is more wired towards color than texts), so that the person buying the medicine can take caution accordingly and will know how to handle that drug. This can hugely discourage people from self-medication and the process of drug misuse can gradually get reduced then. Mostly I feel this can help in curtailing the burden of antibiotic resistance within our country, where everybody is just ingesting antibiotic at any time with minute issues too. Also, I feel the awareness about these color markings is very important, so that it reaches the common people and they use it as first-point safety signals.
