Very well explained. Many people still think physiotherapy is needed only after injury or surgery, but its role in prevention, recovery and long-term management is much bigger now. Early physiotherapy can really improve mobility, recovery and quality of life, especially in ICU and chronic illness patients. Important discussion 👍
