Do you know the most common content making mistakes doctors make? It’s not inconsistent posting. It’s posting without a purpose.
I’ve noticed that many doctors create content because they feel they have to. But before creating a post, I think every doctor should ask:
WHY I AM POSTING THIS?
Is it to:
- Build awareness?
- Educate the audience?
- Promote a product?
- Start a conversation?
- Build trust?
If the answer isn’t clear, chances are your audience won’t know what to take away either.
Over the past few months, I’ve realized that good content isn’t just about beautiful designs or catchy captions. It’s about communicating one clear message. Sometimes, one well-planned post can achieve more than five random ones.
Content shouldn’t just fill your feed.It should move your business forward.
Before you hit “Post”, what’s the one question you always ask yourself?

One question to be answered before posting anything medical - the language should be easy & simple enough so that a person listening/ watching it for the first time should be able to clearly understand & able to follow it.

Great insights! Posting with purpose changes everything. The one question I always try to ask myself before hitting post is: ‘Who exactly am I writing this for?’ If I can’t picture the specific patient, student, or colleague who needs this information, the post usually ends up being too vague or unfocused.

One thing before hitting post is " how clear the writing is ". Will it make a person actually stop scrolling and read till the end?
