Not every morning feels like a “let’s-crush-it” kind of morning
But some small changes helped me reset my brain for a more productive study day

Here are a few that worked for me:
🔹 **Starting with a bit of exercise** – even 10–15 mins of stretching helps clear my mind.
🔹 **Setting 2–3 goals for the day** – keeps me focused without that overwhelming to-do list.
🔹 **Finishing a task _before_ touching my phone** – using it as a reward feels better than starting the day with endless scrolling.
🔹 **Taking 5 mins to just breathe and reset** – nothing fancy, just silence before the study storm.

Not every day is perfect, but these small changes made a big difference. What’s your morning routine hack that keeps you sane

I’m following Andrew Huberman’s morning routine: logging wake-up time, taking a 10-minute sun walk, delaying caffeine, and prioritizing work. I’ve noticed some good changes.

True. Just by avoiding screen timing - one can make their days more productive.

As it diverts the mind and motivates to do some productive work automatically.
