For me stepping into a pro-bono writing internship at MedBound Hub was one of the best decisions I have made. Many might wonder why as a Doctor someone would ever say this. While medical training teaches us to be dense and formal, this experience has been a masterclass in “medical translation”—learning to take complex medical jargon and turn it into something relatable and engaging.
I’ve realized that writing is a core clinical skill. The more I refined my ability to simplify a concept for a digital audience, the better I became at explaining complex ideas to patients in person. This role allowed me to contribute to creating awareness and join a network that values evidence-based clarity over clickbait.
I’m walking away with a heavy heart but a much sharper eye for how we, as healthcare professionals, present ourselves to the world.
I gained immense knowledge and interest in writing due to this experience. I feel communication isn’t just an “add-on” to medicine; it’s the bridge that makes our expertise actually useful to the people we serve.
My journey with MedBound Hub internship has been very helpful and a great learning experience. It gave me the opportunity to explore a non-clinical field and apply the knowledge I gained during my PG Diploma in Clinical Research, especially in medical writing, into practical use. Initially, I had a fear of writing, but this internship helped me overcome that and boosted my confidence.
The SEO mentorship program was very useful, and it helped me understand how to structure content properly using headings and write in a more organized way.
Each time my content was approved, it made me feel happy, increased my confidence, and encouraged me to work on new topics with more enthusiasm. Through this experience, I improved my writing, research, and content development skills. I feel grateful to have learned and grown through this platform. THANK YOU.
I participated in the 1-month pro-bono internship. At first, I was very confused about the topic selection and worried that my posts would be approved. But the team, especially Aniket sir and Prisha ma’am, have always been there, guiding us, correcting our mistakes with the post, and solving our doubts. The courses we took were also all very amazing. I would love to be a part of more such internships. They truly made my day interesting, and I felt productive and happy to be able to share and learn so many new things!
Thank you so much for the opportunity, team!

My experience as a Copywriting Medical Intern at MedBound Hub has been truly valuable and enriching. This internship helped me gain confidence in my writing skills, especially in the field of medical and healthcare content. At the beginning, I was unsure about my ability to write professionally, but with regular practice, guidance, and feedback, I gradually improved and became more comfortable with medical content writing. One thing I really appreciate about this internship program is that even the small efforts of interns are noticed and encouraged. I also learned how to research properly, choose the right keywords, and present medical information in a simple and reader friendly format.
I am grateful to the MedBound Hub team for creating such a supportive and positive learning environment. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciate the guidance, encouragement, and knowledge I gained during this internship.
I have completed my medical writing internship with Medbound Hub today. It was a great experience. I joined the internship with so many questions in mind, but it was all worth it. My first venture into writing articles opened the doors for my creativity. I had a question initially as to how to select topics, but seeing my batchmates post on different topics helped me think and plan. Getting appreciated for my writing in the first week of the internship was great motivation.
The SEO classes by Himani were a great learning experience. They created a base for medical writing.
Not to forget all the friends here who commented and shared their thoughts; a special thanks to you all for keeping the posts active with your valuable comments.
Dr. Prisha, Dr. Aniket, and Sonali: thank you to all three of you for making this experience a great one. You helped me solve my doubts and improve my topics. A special thanks to you all.
Hoping to attend many more courses with Medbound Hub.
This internship was an opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds of medicine and basic sciences. I got a new perspective on medicine and how different people can come together to enhance healthcare delivery. The fact that pharmacists have immense knowledge on drugs and the mechanism by which they alter body physiology and that they can work side by side with doctors and can help them come up with an extremely effective treatment plan was enlightening. About my writing skills, this internship helped me to change my robotic way of writing to a more soft toned and interactive style. I really appreciate the Med bound team for handling everything so efficiently while also juggling with other things like their own academics, the team has always responded timely to my queries. Flexible work hours and the liberty to write in ones own style was provided which really helped to deliver more natural and less of forced articles. It was great reading and interacting with other posts. The SEO classes helped me to learn something new apart from just writing skills. And well for selfish reasons, writing about whatever interesting stuff I learned in my classes and postings at the hospital helped me remember those things better. It was a great experience overall. The team provided a stress-free positive environment and the feedbacks helped me improve my writing style.
Thanks to Prisha, Aniket, and Sonali for always actively helping out with all the queries and doubts.
