Making an impact : Build your own clinic or Join an NGO?

If given a choice, I would like to build my clinic in a remote area where healthcare is not easily accessible to people at affordable fees. My main goal is to serve people, then be it any means.

I will make a clinic first. And make an earn first. And join NGO over on part time. Through, NGO you will provide free and endless service. Through clinic I will make my own expenditure and support my family.

Open a clinic at the outset because financial independence gives us the freedom of choice. Once we’re at the position where we can comfortably choose to service (ofcourse human needs are countless) still anywhere between 10-15 years into the clinic is the sweet spot to run a NGO.

At first build I will build my own clinic to gain financial stability and reputation so that when I establish NGO, I have the funds, outreach and networks to help people in the best way.

I’d choose joining an NGO. Working with an NGO means reaching underserved communities, learning from diverse situations and making an immediate impact where it’s most needed. The collective mission and teamwork feel more meaningful to me than the independence of running a clinic.

I think Both building own clinic and joining in NGO are good and satisfy me.. here in clinic I can treated people whom are actually suffering. But when it comes to NGO.. I can visit to rural areas or backward areas where there is no primary health care support was not there.. Treating the people who are actually lack of health and suffering from illness makes huge impact.

Joining a NGO would be the better option for a short term choice.

I choose to explore both the options . I would start my own clinic to provide personalised care to patients. As well as engage with an NGO will enable me to get a look at systemic healthcare challenges on a larger scale.

Interesting. All the points are valid. The choice is always based on what people looking for. Most of the people expect the financial independence and sustainability. I my opinion on the points, both the process (either own or NGO), the person who need financial effect will chose the own clinic and that’s one of the ways to improve skills but the one who follow creativity, administrative knowledge and lots of community will go for NGO’s

Both are important and earn respect, but in today’s modern world the need for financial stability is more. Hence, opening a clinic seems more practical in the long run.

Both paths have unique rewards. Running a clinic offers independence and control over patient care, while joining an NGO allows you to reach underserved communities and make a broader social impact. Personally, I’d lean toward the option that maximizes meaningful change for patients.

I would open my own clinic, because I have my own ideas of how I would like to deliver professional and high quality healthcare. This often clashes with the current healthcare models and NGO structures. Having my own space and team would help me work more efficiently and passionately towards patient care.

Its about striking a balance, and contributing to society whenever you can

One is Building yourself one is build your Country and people around. Such a inevitable and uncertain degree is Medical ; Doctors need to live their life but their impact depends on patients who are weak.. how ever doing both is great to All ; I prefer multitasking with Vision and true purpose yield you everything u need in life ; law of attraction

Very true .Both are insightful.Helping others will definitely makes our heart happy

Choosing the NGO is way better, because at start we need to have an idea and experience to run our own clinic, working for NGOs will make us to have an idea about the building and maintaing of an effective clinic

I’d join an NGO to serve a broader community and tackle systemic health challenges rather than just individual cases.

Ngo would be better platform to learn and to gain experience for the better future in opening the clinic.

This a very interesting question. I would prefer a combination of the two as having my own clinic would give me the opportunity to attain financial stability, while working at the NGO would help me do my part in giving back to the society.

Clinic always
