Life in PG

My friend lives in PG, and I have noticed that she gets sick often, so I’m also going to another city, and I’m afraid of that because when you live in a different city when you don’t have anyone to take care of you when you get sick, you do get that fear inside you. What can I do to prevent it, or what can I do to overcome this fear?

Believe in yourself that you are strong and will adapt to the new city easily. And even if you get sick, trust yourself that you can take care of yourself well and you’ll be fine

Rightly said. Courage and Self Belief are the things that lead to such actions. Courage that I will give my best to deal with every situation.

I understand that at some point you need someone when you are sick. But try to take care of yourself. Definitely you find someone with the same mindset as yours. They will help you. Pg is a place where different people unite. Its just about building conversation. Start conversation with neighbors. May be they are your type.

Ohh, that’s scary, but do things to boost your immune system.

Eat right and exercise.

In your PG you can make good friends who will help you in tough times but at the end of the day you need to remember that you are there for yourself even if no one else is there. Remind yourself that you have the skills to overcome situations and if not your friends or family will be there for you

It’s normal to feel scared when living away from home. Take care of your health by eating well, resting, staying hydrated, and keeping basic medicines. Stay connected with loved ones and trust yourself—you’ll adjust and become stronger with time.
