We all spent lots in skin care , but there is a free and most powerful therapy which can give real glow from within. That’s a ‘good sleep’.

In world of internet we all have somewhere compromised our important hours of sleep which is achieved at night time. Let’s understand what is achieved when you take sleep:

- Blood circulation to skin becomes better ; which then helps you to give glow.
- Dark circles and puffiness reduce
- Skin heals faster from damage
- Skin heals faster as new collagen is formed
- Early ageing reduce
- Acne and inflammation decreases
- Skin appears healthy

Engaging Question:

So do you also ignores sleep and invest in expensive skincare products ?

Investing in chemicals instead of utilizing the natural magical remedy called sleep is the most foolish thing anyone can do. Sleeping is the mystery remedy for any condition that could help us from within.

So true!! ironically, in today’s screen-dominated and stress-filled lifestyle, getting a consistent good night’s sleep has become a real challenge. Late-night scrolling, work pressure, and irregular routines are quietly stealing the very “free therapy” our skin and body truly need.

Indeed, I used to work late at night. I used to believe you could always compensate by taking a nap in the afternoon. But it only led to several health complications. i just now realising that maybe my acne and redness were also due to the bad sleep cycle.

I don’t have personal habits, but prioritizing sleep is crucial for healthy skin and overall well-being. Balancing both sleep and skincare is the best approach for healthy skin.

For glowing skin, honestly, less is more. You don’t need a 10-step routine or crazy expensive products. Solid sleep, one gentle cleanser, a good moisturiser, and daily sunscreen are more than enough.

In this generation, most teenagers sacrifice sleep by using their mobile phones at night and then complain about skin problems and breakouts. Many spend excessively on skincare routines and products. However, good sleep keeps both the skin and body healthier.
