So true!! ironically, in today’s screen-dominated and stress-filled lifestyle, getting a consistent good night’s sleep has become a real challenge. Late-night scrolling, work pressure, and irregular routines are quietly stealing the very “free therapy” our skin and body truly need.

Indeed, I used to work late at night. I used to believe you could always compensate by taking a nap in the afternoon. But it only led to several health complications. i just now realising that maybe my acne and redness were also due to the bad sleep cycle.

For glowing skin, honestly, less is more. You don’t need a 10-step routine or crazy expensive products. Solid sleep, one gentle cleanser, a good moisturiser, and daily sunscreen are more than enough.
