Perfect 🙂 It is Reye’s syndrome. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) is generally the preferred choice for fever and pain in children due to superior safety. Ibuprofen is also a safe, effective alternative. ---

This case strongly suggests Reye’s syndrome, a rare but serious condition linked to aspirin use in children during viral infections. For fever or pain in children, paracetamol is usually the safer option instead of aspirin. ---
