# Clinically proven reasoning behind the young aged- Heart Attacks?

Nowadays, heart attack cases in young people are increasing drastically. And it’s really a serious issue.

Post COVID era is showing lots of effects on the health of the people.

People have their own theories behind the all these circumstances. Some says it can be because of the lifestyle changes or because of the Covid itself.

So is there any clinically proven reasoning behind the increase in the prevalence of heart attacks among youngsters.? Or it is a thing that really need to be researched or it is in the process?

Several factor could be at play, like- Covid aftermath(damaged lungs), Smoking, Stress, junk and adulterated food, poor diet and pollution.

It is definitely should be researched more!!! As there are no fixed cause related to it. I came across like protein deficiency also cause heart attacks!!
