A patient has blurred vision in one eye and numbness in their arm. What disease could cause this?

Would a TIA typically present with optic neuritis–type visual symptoms, or is that more suggestive of an inflammatory process? 👁

Blurred vision in one eye along with arm numbness could suggest a neurological cause, and one condition that comes to mind is multiple sclerosis (MS). In MS, inflammation of the optic nerve (optic neuritis) can lead to blurred vision, while demyelination in the central nervous system may cause sensory symptoms like numbness or tingling in the limbs.
But,as @kriti_gelod and @sharu said ,similar symptoms can also occur in conditions such as a transient ischemic attack (TIA) or stroke, which would require immediate medical evaluation. These symptoms should never be ignored and always needed clinical assessment.
