The symptoms suggest Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or Functional Dyspepsia.
Dietary changes and avoiding trigger foods can help.
A food diary may identify specific food intolerances.
Medications like antispasmodics or laxatives may be prescribed.
Stress management techniques like relaxation or yoga can be beneficial.
Adequate hydration is essential to prevent dehydration.
Consult a pediatrician or gastroenterologist for further evaluation.

Likely diagnosis is acute gastroenteritis or food poisoning.
Management includes oral rehydration, antispasmodics for pain, antiemetics, light diet, and monitoring. Antibiotics only if bacterial infection is confirmed or severe symptoms persist.
