Reducing the use of synthetic drug needs a proper comprehensive and scientific knowledge about it. It needs to work the supplier and public demand simultaneously. Medicines like these should be taken via prescription only. These drugs are very harmful if taken continously. People should be educated about them and should spread awareness about them
Strict rules and regulation from the government for the manufacturing of such medicines and awareness among pharmacist , people , children is what I think can resolve the problem of misuse.

And if this drug is available, many more such drugs which should have vanished from the market must still be openly being sold and that’s a dangerous situation to be in.
