**Do you use Loofah with your body wash ?**

We use loofah very casually. But due you know using loofah wrongly can damage your skin also.

Loofah contains soap residue, dead skin and moisture. Due to moisture and heat in the bathroom bacteria and fungus grows rapidly.

Due to regular use of loofah and over exploitation skin becomes dry and irritated.

Some people harshly use loofah so that their skin can become more bright but this will only lead to increase in pigmentation. This is known as Macular amyloidosis which looks like dark patches.

**What you should to do -**

Use your body wash with hand. You should use soft cloth for washing i.e. wash cloth or you should only use loofah two to thrice in a week.

Do you use a loofah ? What are something you keep in mind while using it ?

This is such an underrated topic. Harsh scrubbing really does more harm than good- the pigmentation point is a great warning.

Many people misunderstand that scrubbing harshly using loofah will brighten up their skin.Actually harsh scrubbing would adversely affect the body skin.
