Every morning, along with brushing, I make it a point to scrape my tongue—it has now become a simple yet essential part of my routine. At first, I never realized how much of a difference it could make, but over time I noticed small changes: fresher breath, a cleaner mouth, and even an enhanced sense of taste. It is removing the bacteria and toxins that build up overnight. More than just oral hygiene, it gives a sense of freshness . Sometimes, the smallest habits bring the biggest impact.

regular cleaning of tongue is very necessary to avoid the bad breath .the debris present in the tongue which multiples , hence regular cleaning with brush or tongue cleaner is required

Tounge is also part of the oral cavity, tounge should also be clean properly and regularly.

Tongue plays a key role for odd smells and bad breath if not cleaned regularly.
