Smoking is one of the worst habits acquired by people. Once a person starts to smoke, it becomes a Herculean task to get rid of it. The addiction caused by nicotine is very difficult to overcome.

Recently, **oral nicotine pouches have been available online as part of tobacco cessation**. However, it is not an approved product and looks like it causes more addiction and harmful effects.
