include more fruits and nuts in your diet which has more nutrients so that they give you more energy. consider going for regular blood examinations and know your deficiencies if u have any and change your diet or lifestyle accordingly. Most importantly don’t use your mobile for at least 30 mins before sleep to keep your eyes less strain. By doing these small practices you can experience a little bit stress free.
