# A patient has frequent nosebleeds from Littles area of nasal septum. What could be the main reason?

The main reason is arterial anastomosis as this area is highly vascular.

Other conditions which can be mistaken for nosebleed can be bleeding disorders, nasopharyngeal lesions , etc

Getting these polls right feel like getting a 7 crore question of KBC right. Anyways, Antrochoanal polyp or nasal tumors, posterior bleeds in elderly and bleeding disorders like von williebrand disease can also present with nosebleeds.
