One day menstrual leave is really need for girl’s and women those are suffering from cramps and painful periods.Working with pain is stressful so one day leave gives physical and mental comfort. ---

I totally agree with you there should be 1 or 2 days leave during menstrual cycle to take rest and feel better. So to take care and support there health it should be menstrual leave ---

Agree There is a need for a 1 day menstrual leave policy in college/ workplace. Standing for hours during periods can be exhausted . One day rest support hormonal health and boost productivity. ---

yes its a very good idea and it will be helpful for each and every women because it is not easy to handle the things by ourselfs when we are in periods. so if they can consider the leave means we will be refreshed and again go back to the work with some stress relief. ---

According to me menstrual leave is not really for special concern .its the respect that women face physical discomfort .a day off means next day they can be more productive .and come back . ---

People say that women should not have any kind of leaves during their periods because they are trying to become equal to mens and hence they should be given no leaves just like men. But… do mens get periods? do men give birth? do men have those horrible period cramps? do men have hormonal imbalance and are an emotional mess? NO We women don’t want to fight with men out there but instead we want to make out own identity. We are working because we got bills to pay just like men. We are working so that we have a say in our own life’s decisions. A company wants it’s employees to be productive. You can’t be productive and creative, when you are bleeding and in pain. And guess who these people are: They are mostly women. ---

"I completely agree! Recognising biological needs and fostering well-being are the goals of menstrual leave, not preferential treatment. One day of sleep can have a significant impact on mood, energy levels, and pain management. Menstrual health needs to be given the same priority as other health issues. ---

It is mandatory for colleges and work places to provide one day menstrual leave policy to women. During menstruation, women go through so much stress and discomfort due to increased cortisol levels, which may affect their regular activities and it’s difficult for them to work or focus on things. ---
